Are you a community group in Newton Heath looking for a new home? Then look no further than the Stirling Club on Scotland Hall Road.

The club has thrown open its doors after an £100,000 upgrade and is offering use of its facilities to any interested community groups.

The building has been transformed to offer easier access for people with disabilities and has also been spruced up with a new lick of paint and new window frames.

Every week, the Stirling club plays host to a luncheon club which serves up to 80 tasty lunches for older residents, a bingo group a middle eastern dance group and a councillors' surgery takes place every month.
