doyouknow-elsecar-manPolice are investigating a robbery which occurred on 2 January at approximately 11.45hrs on a field on Cobcar Lane, Elsecar.

A 17-year-old male from Normanton, West Yorkshire was followed by another male into the field where the male verbally threatened him before stealing his mobile phone and wallet containing £5.

Police would like to speak to this man in connection with the incident and are asking for anyone who might recognise him to contact them on 01226 736030 and quote BX number 31/2010.
