Notice of action under the Licensing Act 2003
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for review of a Premises Licence under the above mentioned legislation has been made in respect of the premises known as:
The Venue, which are situated at: 2-4 Pasture Street, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1QD.
The grounds of the application for review are as follows:

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by:18th March 2010
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to £5000, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
