In order to maintain the smooth running of our website(s) we conduct regular maintenance work by manual and/or automatic filtering of old disused content and information on a regular basis.  Where maintenance is manual we will endeavour to notify everyone by posting news and updated information in our Community forum. The website server conducts regular automatic maintenance periods in accordance with some of the following schedules. Our server automatically runs cron schedule to complete the following tasks and actions:

1. Any new user account not activated within 7 days of its creation will be permanently deleted
2. From 6th March 2011 Automatic account cleanup of non-accessed and/or unused accounts will be done every 60 days
3. From 27th February 2011 no other warning of this Automatic account cleanup will be issued
4. Deleted accounts will need to be re-created to continue using the free services
5. Deleted accounts with existing free wath email addresses will lose the free email account service which has been permanently discontinued.
